- Point Reyes Blue – A creamier style, full-flavored blue cheese with definite hints of lemongrass and sea salt. For those of us who have fallen in love with Maytag Blue, sample Point Reyes Original Blue for a familiar yet distinctly different experience!

- Stilton – This is England’s only name protected cow’s milk blue cheese. This pasteurized blue is full flavored, rich with a firm yet crumbly texture. Its blue veins speckle from a natural, crinkly brown crust. Great to pair this cheese with sherry, port and most robust reds. Stilton cheese is truly knows as the “King of all cheeses”
- Blue Castello – Has a brie-like texture, with the blue in fairly thick, horizontal lines. Enriched with cream, the aroma is of mushrooms and the taste is mildly spicy.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, place cheese in the refrigerator.
