Description
Winnimere from Jasper Hill Farm: the winter-seasonal raw-milk washed rind, spruce-wrapped, made from the farm’s own Ayrshire herd in Greensboro, Vermont. Brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler’s signature seasonal cheese – meaty and smoky from the washed rind, woodsy from the spruce, deeply savory. Won American Cheese Society Best in Show in 2013. Available only when the herd’s milk richness peaks in winter.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Jasper Hill Farm ships Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Boxes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Cheese may arrive at room temperature.
- Keep unopened small wheels in original wrapper. Store cut wedges or open wheels in airtight container. Enjoy-by dates are marked on individual packages.
