New Haven built its reputation on thin-crust, coal-fired pizza – and Carmine’s Frozen Pizzas of Durham, Connecticut, carries that tradition home with a vegan pie that skips the cheese entirely. Hand-stretched thin crust gets layered with signature tomato sauce, then finished with broccoli, sundried tomatoes, olives, fresh garlic, and a hint of crushed red pepper for a bold, balanced bite. Never prebaked, each pizza ships frozen so you control the char – from lightly golden to the blistered, well-done finish that defines New Haven-style pizza.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Carmine’s Frozen Pizzas ships Thursday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Pizzas ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Pizzas may arrive slightly defrosted, which is normal. Simply place in the freezer immediately.
• Pizzas can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Put empty baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 500°F.
• Remove pizza from freezer and allow it to sit on the counter for a few minutes while oven preheats.
• After a few minutes, open the pizza packaging and remove cardboard disk from bottom of the pizza.
• Then carefully remove the empty baking sheet from the oven. Note: sheet will be hot.
• Place the frozen pizza on the pre-heated hot baking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven and desired wellness.
• Remove the pizza and let cool for one minute before serving.
