Back in 1967, Ron Peskin was working at his uncle’s deli when he was offered the opportunity to purchase a struggling Los Angeles Jewish deli called Brent’s. By sheer coincidence, his young son’s name also happened to be Brent, so he took it as a sign and bought the deli. More than 50 years later, Ron continues to run the now-iconic Brent’s Deli along with his family. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Brent’s Deli ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Soups may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
To Serve
- Place soup and Matzo Ball in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Soup can also be warmed in a pot over stove.
- Enjoy!
