Reuben Sandwich Kit

The Liebman’s Reuben is built on a choice of house-cured kosher pastrami or corned beef – the meats Yuval Dekel has been perfecting at the Bronx’s last kosher deli since 2002 – stacked on rye with sauerkraut, Russian dressing, and pickles. Joe Liebman opened the deli in 1953 when the Bronx had over 100 like it; only Liebman’s is still standing, and the Reuben is the most direct expression of why the neighborhood never let it go.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Liebman’s Deli ships Monday through Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Sandwich kit is shipped with ice packs which may thaw partially or fully during transit
• Meat is made to order and flash frozen for shipping
• Upon arrival, place the meat, pickles and mustard in the refrigerator. To serve later, place the meat and bread in the freezer
• Allow meat to thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or on a countertop before serving

To Serve

• Remove desired amount and place on microwave safe dish. Microwave for 15 seconds until completely he did through.
• Also try tightly wrapping desired amount in plastic wrap and gently steam until hot and tender.
