INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sweet Grass Dairy Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ship refrigerated with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, transfer all cheeses, ham, and salami to the refrigerator immediately.
• Aged and semi-soft cheeses (Thomasville Tomme, Georgia Gouda, Asher Blue, Griffin, Heat, and Cypress), ham, and salami can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
• Green Hill (soft-ripened) can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• Pimento Cheese spread can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
• Store honey, preserves, pecans, and flatbread at room temperature in sealed packaging.
• Boska Mini Knife Set and honey dipper require no special storage.

To Serve

• Remove cheeses from the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature for best flavor.
• Lay out a full spread: slice, wedge, or plate each cheese on a large board, with Pimento Cheese spooned into a ramekin and Asher Blue paired with a drizzle of honey from the included honey dipper.
• Fold salami and ham into ribbons and arrange on the board.
• Serve pecans and preserves in small dishes alongside.
• Cut and serve with flatbread. The Boska knife set handles everything from soft to hard cheeses.
