Description
Uncle Peter’s Pasties’ Beef Pastie: the foundational UP-style meat pie – savory beef and organic farm-fresh vegetables in a flaky golden crust, 3/4 lb, made with hormone- and antibiotic-free meat from the Clarkston, Michigan bakery Peter and Nancy Caruso founded in 2009. The Cornish miners who brought the pasty to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula in the 1840s would recognize this one immediately.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Uncle Pete’s Pasties ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pasties ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 12 months
- Pasties can be refrigerated for up to 7 days
To Serve
- From frozen: bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
- From thawed: bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
