The Buffalo wing was invented at Anchor Bar in 1964, and this pack lets a mixed crowd taste it exactly how they like it. One hundred wings arrive split across two heat levels of your choosing, plus a 12 oz. bottle of the sauce in your pick of style, so the medium camp and the extreme-heat camp both leave happy. It’s the recipe that earned the 1935 Buffalo institution a James Beard America’s Classics award in 2003, served with celery and blue cheese as always. Perfect for a game day crowd with different tastes, a mixed-company tailgate, or a party where nobody agrees on spice.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Anchor Bar ships Monday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight will incur an additional $35 charge. Sorry guys!
- Wings are fully cooked, flash frozen and shipped with ice packs
- Upon arrival, place in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 weeks
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Reheat your wings in a conventional oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Reheating in the microwave is not recommended.
