For the July Cake of the Month, Daisy Cake’s has taken their moist coconut cake layers and created a dessert that’s perfect for your summertime parties. Between each layer of chocolate ganache filling and signature coconut icing. On the outside is a fudge-like chocolate icing sprinkled with sweetened coconut.

• Each cake measures 8 1/2″ in diameter and 4″ in height and weighs approx. 6 lbs.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Daisy Cakes ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Each cake is carefully wrapped and sealed in a signature Daisy Cake Box.
• Daisy Cakes are shipped frozen with dry ice.
• Please do not remove dry ice with bare hands!
• Cakes can be frozen for just a few days, or a couple weeks tops in a chest freezer.
• Store Frozen – When your Daisy Cake arrives, take it out of the shipping container and store it into your freezer until you are ready to thaw and serve. Do not remove the plastic wrap if the cake is soft. Refreeze so it hardens enough to remove the plastic smoothly without the icing sticking to the plastic.

To Serve

• Completely unwrap and thaw before serving.
• Six hours of thawing and your Daisy Cake will be the perfect temperature to serve!
  • Once a cake has been thawed, do not re-freeze.
• Slice, serve, and enjoy!
