Description
Chocolate babka is a New York-Jewish bakery classic, and Bagel Boss layers its version by hand, winding rich chocolate through a tender, laminated dough for the flaky, swirled crumb the loaf is known for. It comes from the Hicksville, Long Island shop the Rosner family has run since 1975, working from old-world recipes carried out of Bialystok, Poland. Warm a slice and the chocolate goes soft again. Perfect for a weekend brunch, a coffee-and-cake afternoon, or a gift for someone who knows good babka.

- Babka, Rugelach, and Cookies may be kept on the counter for up to 3 days, stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Everything Bagel Topper may be stored in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
