The Miette Chocolate Wafer is inspired by the famous cookie used to make old-fashioned Icebox Cake. Our modern version stays true to form with extra-dark cocoa powder and introduces the enchanting tastes of honey and sea salt.
Founded in California, inspired by Paris. Miette began with a stall at the farmers market, selling simple, beautiful cakes. Today we’re a small-batch bakery with a worldwide following, known for exquisite treats-shortbread, cakes, caramels, and macarons-made with fresh eggs, good butter, and French technique.
