Straight from the Lobster Pot kitchen, this hearty and creamy classic New England clam chowder is made with only the highest quality ingredients including clam broth, light cream, potatoes, and plenty of fresh local clams. A truly authentic taste of New England, it’s won countless awards including the Grand Prize at the Cape Cod Chowder Festival and the Boston Chowder Fest!

Located at the very tip of Cape Cod in beautiful Provincetown, Massachusetts, The Lobster Pot is a local landmark with an iconic neon sign that’s lured in generations of guests since it first opened its doors in 1979. Founded by the McNulty family and today run by Tim McNulty, The Lobster Pot boasts two waterfront dining rooms overlooking Provincetown Harbor and an extensive menu of the freshest local seafood that draws lines down the block every summer.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• The Lobster Pot ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Soup ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Unopened soups may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer until the “best by” date.
• Once opened, soup may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Soup does not arrive in a resealable bag.

To Serve

• Bring a pot of water to a boil (soup may be reheated from a frozen state or if they are thawed, simply submerge in boiling water.)
• Boil until soup reaches 170° F.
• Once they have been boiling for about 20 minutes, the bags can be wrapped around a thermometer to see if they reached 170° F prior to opening the bags.
• If they are not hot enough simply place the bag back in the boiling water until 170° F is reached.
• Carefully pour soup into bread or serving bowls.
• Serve and enjoy!
