Day boat sea scallops are harvested by small dredge and shucked on deck by hand. This local small boat fishery produces true day boat scallops, harvested and landed in less than 24hrs. Scallops are frozen once they arrive at the facility to then be shipped out overnight directly to your door!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Wellfleet Shellfish Co. ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.
- Wellfleet does not ship to Hawaii, Sorry guys!
- Scallops ship frozen with ice packs.
- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge or freezer.
- May be stored up to 1 week.
- All shellfish orders are packed to withstand an extra day of transit in anticipation of weather and service delays.
