INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Paulsen Foods ships Monday through Thursday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, place items in the freezer for up to 1 year.
• Cook from frozen is recommended.
• Once thawed, use within 3 days.

To Serve

• Beef Wellington
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Place Wellingtons on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
• Lobster Cakes
  • Lower oven temp to 375°F.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F or until golden brown.
• Brisket Sliders
  • Product is fully cooked and needs to be warmed through.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 250°F for 7-10 minutes or until warmed through.
• Pecan Tarts
  • Thaw and bring to room temperature and serve.
