This French blueberry cream pie is made on a graham cracker crust filled with a cream cheese and whipped cream filling and topped with wild Maine blueberry filling and a hint of almond. This luscious pie looks as good as it tastes and makes a great gift!
Famous for their crave-worthy cream pies, “crunch pies,” and old-fashioned double-crusts, Betty’s Pies in Two Harbors, Minnesota has been baking handmade pies for decades. The pie shop’s namesake began selling coffee and donuts from her father’s fish shack on Highway 61 in 1956. Two years later, the shack expanded with a cafe that sold hot dogs, hamburgers, and pie. Today, dozens of pie flavors are on offer at Betty’s Pies, including Coconut Cream, French Cherry Cream, Caramel Apple Crunch, and the Five-Layer Chocolate Cream Pie.

- Once your pie is thawed, store covered in the refrigerator for 3 days
