Grandma Pizza Best Seller – 3 Pack

This is a trio of Washington Squares’ most popular grandma-style pizzas: “OG,” Meat Lovers, and Mushroom! This pizza is baked in an oiled pan for a crust that’s crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and sturdy enough to hold up to the ample toppings. There’s also a fair amount of whole wheat in the dough, which adds a nutty flavor.

Chef Dan Kluger won the 2011 James Beard Award for his masterful cooking at New York’s ABC Kitchen and was a 2014 James Beard Award Nominee for Best New Chef New York City, and his Loring Place has been one of Greenwich Village’s most acclaimed restaurants since it opened in 2016. Kluger has become renowned for his creative, market-driven, vegetable-forward dishes, and the rectangular pan pizza known as Grandma-style has been the star of the Loring Place menu for years. This signature pizza is so beloved that in 2021 Kluger gave it its own offshoot, called Washington Squares.

Pizzas Include

• 1 “OG” Cheese – Tomato, ricotta, mozzarella, basil, chilies and parmesan
  • 1 packet Olive Oil
  • 1 packet Parmesan

• 1 Meat Lovers – Sausage, soppressata, tomato, mozzarella and spicy honey
  • 1 packet Jalapeno Honey
  • 1 packet Chili Flakes

• 1 Mushroom – Ricotta, mozzarella, fontina, mushrooms and chili crisp

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Washington Squares ships Monday & Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store pizzas in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
• Pizzas may be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.

To Serve

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Remove pizza from plastic, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes.
• remove pizza from sheet and place directly on oven rack for another 10 minutes, or until crispy on the bottom.
• Meat Lovers + Spicy Honey – Drizzle jalapeno-honey, sprinkle chili flakes and parmesan generously over entire pizza.
• “OG” Cheese – Drizzle top of pizza with olive oil, sprinkle chili-salt-garlic mix and parmesan generously over entire pizza.
• Slice, serve, and enjoy!
