Each order of Guy’s Campfire S’Mores Trash Can Nachos includes:

• 1 Dark Chocolate Discs (3 oz.)
• 3 Mini American Flags

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Guy Fieri’s Trash Can Nachos ships Monday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store Fluff, Chocolate Sauce, and Caramel Sauce in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Do not freeze.
• All other items can be stored well sealed at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

To Serve

• Bring a medium pot of water to a low simmer, then turn off the flame. Carefully place jars of chocolate and caramel sauce into the water and let sit for about 10-15 seconds or until both have a pourable consistency, but not too hot. Remove jars from the pot, then set aside. Alternatively, transfer chocolate sauce and caramel sauce to separate microwave-safe bowls, and microwave at 30-second intervals until pourable.
• Preheat your oven’s broiler or, if unavailable, set it to 450 degrees. You can also use a kitchen torch.
• Break graham crackers into big shards and lightly crush pretzels.
• Spread graham crackers evenly on a roasting pan or oven tray. Top with brownie bits and chocolate discs.
• Cut the tip of the piping bag and pipe the fluff onto the graham crackers in a single layer. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
• Place the tray in the oven for 1 minute if broiling, or 2-5 minutes at 450°F (or use your kitchen torch), until the fluff is golden brown and slightly charred. This happens very quickly, do not walk away!
• Place your Trash Can directly in the center of a large serving platter. Spread a small amount of the Chocolate Sauce onto the center of the plate to keep the nachos from sliding.
• Using a large spatula, scoop 1/3 of the graham cracker mixture into the can. Drizzle with 1/3 of the Chocolate Sauce, Caramel Sauce, pretzels, M&Ms, and sprinkles. Repeat two more times. Gently but firmly press down on the top layer to compress the stack (this ensures it holds its shape). Place the American flags on top.
• Placing both hands on the sides of the can, carefully slide it upwards and step back to enjoy the view!
