Description
A real old-fashioned kosher deli classic: homemade kreplach, the savory filled dumplings that belong in a good bowl of soup or on their own. Lido makes them by hand, the way the Goetz family always has. The recipes go back four generations, to Grandpa Hugo’s kosher meat factory in the Bronx more than 90 years ago. The kind of old-world bite that’s getting harder to find.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Lido Kosher Deli ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kreplach ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store kreplach in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Kreplach lasts up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
To Serve
- Place kreplach in a large saucepan (with soup, if desired).
- Heat until simmering, gently stirring periodically (do not boil rapidly).
- Serve and enjoy!
