Bake a tray and the kitchen fills with the warm, peppery aroma that defines the dish. Negril has been a DC institution since 1979, still run on founder Earl Chinn’s recipes by his sons. Two dozen ship frozen, perfect for weeknight dinners, party trays, or feeding a plant-based crowd. Proof the patty never needed the meat.

- Each patty weighs approx. 4.5 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Negril ships Monday and Wednesday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Patties ship frozen with ice packs.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 2 years.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place frozen patties on an un-greased cookie sheet. Do not allow the patties to touch each other.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully remove from oven and allow patties to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!

Vegetable Patty – Filling: Mixed Vegetables (carrots, corn, green peas, green beans) water, Fresh Seasonings (Yellow Onion, Hot Pepper), Dehydrated Potato, Soybean Oil, Corn Starch, Vegetable Base, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper. Crust: Flour, Water, Palm Oil, Shortening, Margarine, Sugar, Salt, and FD&C Yellow #5 and #6.
