Located on New Orleans’ bustling Frenchmen Street, Ayu Bakehouse is one of the city’s hottest new bakeries, with an open kitchen inspired by the live performances the neighborhood is known for. Ayu (which rhymes with “bayou”) was founded by pastry chefs Samantha Weiss and Kelly Jacques, who they met while managing Breads Bakery, one of New York’s most beloved and popular bakeries. At Ayu, they’re putting a distinctly New Orleans spin on classic pastries. With one bite you’ll understand why Ayu has quickly become a NOLA must-visit!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ayu Bakehouse ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Buns arrive ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store at room temperature or in the freezer.
- Buns last up to 3 days at room temperature or in the freezer for up to 1 month wrapped in a layer of plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
- Refrigeration is not recommended.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw at room temperature until soft.
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Warm in the oven for for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
