INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Charlie Vergos Rendezvous ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• No deliveries Saturday, Sunday or Monday
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pulled Pork arrives fully cooked and is shipped frozen, may arrive partially thawed and cold.
• For optimal taste and quality, we recommend refrigerating and cooking within 7 days of delivery. However, you can freeze for up to 3 months if you’d like.
• Cole Slaw may be stored in the refrigerator for at least 7 days. Please check the expiration date for optimal quality. We do not suggest freezing the slaw.
• Beans may be stored in the refrigerator for 10-14 days. We do not recommend freezing the beans.

To Serve

Oven

• Empty pulled pork shoulder into an oven safe container.
• Preheat the oven at 325 degrees.
• Heat it up for about 30-45 minutes.
• Remove, let cool and enjoy!

Microwave

• Remove from plastic and heat in the microwave in 2 minute intervals until warm enough to enjoy.

Assembly

• Place the shoulder on a bun.
• Add a little sauce and a sprinkle of seasoning as well.
• If you ordered slaw, try that on top as well.
• Enjoy!

Baked Beans – Oven

• Allow to thaw before reheating.
• Preheat the oven to 325°F.
• Empty beans into an oven safe dish.
• Heat for 30-45 minutes until warm.
