All the chew of a Bagel Boss bagel, shrunk to two-bite size: these mini plain bagels are hand-rolled, boiled, and brick-oven baked the same way as the full-size, just scaled for snacking and sharing. A dozen come from the Hicksville, Long Island shop the Rosner family has run since 1975, holding to the old-world method for over four decades. Split and toast them, or pile them on a brunch board for build-your-own bites. Perfect for a kids’ breakfast, a party spread of mini sandwiches, or portion-friendly bagels to keep on hand.

• Bagels may be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Rugelach, Cookies, and Babka may be kept on the counter for up to 3 days, stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Everything Bagel Topper may be stored in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
