INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Philippe Chow ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kit ships with ice packs that may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator.
- Items may be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
To Serve
- Before You Start: In addition to the items in your order, you will need the following: pot, pan, water.
- Cook Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add noodles, cook for about 40 seconds to al dente. Be careful not to overcook noodles to maintain the perfect texture.
- Strain Noodles: Once cooked, quickly strain the noodles to remove all the excess water, ensuring they don’t become soggy.
- Prepare Sauce: Heat sauce over medium heat in a separate pan for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and intensify, enhancing the overall taste.
- Combine Noodles And Sauce: Pour the warm sauce evenly over the strained noodles.
- Enjoy the simple yet delicious flavors of Mr. Cheng’s Noodles, a perfect balance of tender noodles and savory sauce.
- Note that all the sauce should be use in the preparation of the dish.
