Buttery sweet rolls scented with orange and drizzled in orange cream cheese icing, baked into a tin to warm and share. They’re a brighter, citrus-forward cousin to Edgar’s cinnamon rolls. Edgar’s Bakery has baked this way in Birmingham since Terry and Dottie Smith opened in 1998 – a breakfast treat from the bakery Taste of the South named Alabama’s best.
