This package serves 8-10 people and includes

- Each cake measures approx. 9″ × 1.5″ and weighs approx. 19 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Chef Geoffrey Zakarian ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cake ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw cake at room temperature.
- Serve and enjoy!
Mascarpone Whipped Cream Recipe
- Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup mascarpone
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar, plus more if you prefer more sweetness
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- Instructions:
- Using a hand-held mixer or a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla until the mascarpone is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of the cream and whip until soft peaks just begin to form.
- Stop the mixer and add the other cup of cream.
- Whip until soft peaks form and you can easily dollop the mixture.
- You can make this up to a few hours ahead and store it in the refrigerator. You might have to re-whisk it after serving if any separation has occurred.
