Karen Doan has been baking it at her family’s single-location shop on Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills since 1983: coconut bundt cake studded with white chocolate chunks, layered in cream cheese frosting, finished with toasted coconut flakes. As Cobie Smulders told Jimmy Fallon: “It’s unbelievable.”
