The Happy Joe’s Special was invented by accident! Prior to opening Happy Joe’s, Joe was testing out dough recipes at his mother’s house. When he wanted to add some toppings, all his mother had in her refrigerator was Canadian bacon and sauerkraut. Who would have known that this little experiment would lead to one of Happy Joe’s most unique and beloved pizza creations?

The signature “Taco Joe” taco pizza has a cult-like following, and is hands-down their most popular pizza. It was also the very first taco pizza! It’s topped with refried bean sauce, taco-seasoned beef, sausage, lettuce, tomatoes, and taco chips.

Each pizza serves 4-5 people, measures approx. 15″, and weighs approx. 3-5 lbs.

Pizzas Include

1 Combo – Three blends of 100% real dairy farm cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone) topped with pepperoni, sausage, salami, beef, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions.
1 “Happy Joe’s Special” Bacon & Sauerkraut – Original crust topped with Canadian bacon and sauerkraut.
1 Taco Joe – Special refried bean sauce, taco-seasoned beef, and sausage, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and taco chips. Assembly Required

Spicey Joe’s Taco Sauce is Our Proprietary Mild, Zesty, and Tangy Sauce. Made with Tomato Paste and Vinegar with hints of Chili Powder and other spices. The perfect complement to our pizzas and pastas, or your favorite dishes!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

Happy Joe’s ships Tuesday-Friday of each week
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit. In warmer weather months, items may ship with dry ice.
Upon arrival, store pizzas in the freezer.
Pizzas may be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer.

To Serve

Happy Joe’s Special, Combo

Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place in oven and bake on center rack for 16-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Taco Joe

Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake pizza for 16-18 minutes then remove pizza from the oven.
Place approx. 4.5 oz shredded lettuce (not included), approx. 7 oz. of diced tomatoes (not included), and both bags of Happy Joe’s Taco chips (open bag and crush chips) on the pizza, leaving &#188 inch edge on the outside.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
