Each sandwich has remained unchanged since Sam opened his restaurant’s doors in 1968, with “Fresh From the Pot Corned Beef” brined in salt, juniper berries, peppercorns, and bay leaves for up to four hours, and the Famous Rumanian Pastrami arriving daily custom smoked and cured just for LaGrassa’s. Each is hand sliced to order and arrives with everything you need to make your own pastrami and corned beef sandwiches at home.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

- This product can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
To Serve
- Leave meat in plastic wrap.
- Place meat in microwave for 30-40 seconds.
- Carefully open and place on bread.
- The meat may be hot.
- Add spicy brown mustard and swiss cheese to replicate a Sam La Grassa’s Deli Sandwich.
- Slice in half and enjoy.
- Each plastic wrap contains one sandwich worth of meat.
