Handmade puff pastry from Ackroyd’s Scottish Bakery: laminated butter dough in 1-pound pieces, rollable to your specifications – the pastry the third-generation Redford, Michigan institution Al and Silas Ackroyd founded in 1949 uses for its own steak pies, sausage rolls, and savory tarts. The ingredient for anyone who wants to finish the job themselves with the same pastry that built one of America’s only traditional Scottish bakeries.

- Each piece serves up to 12 people and weighs approx. 16 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Puff Pastry ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
