The Settepani Rainbow Cookie Croissant was crafted under the influence of Chef Bilena and inspired by the viral cookie croissant originating in Paris. Settepani’s croissants are meticulously prepared using traditional methods, incorporating ample amounts of whole butter. Straight from the freezer to your oven, these croissants bake to perfection, boasting a light, flaky texture and a buttery, golden-brown exterior that fills your home with an irresistible aroma.
What sets this creation apart is its homage to the Italian rainbow cookie, featuring an almond paste filling infused with raspberry. Delivered frozen for your convenience, simply bake them at home and pair them with the accompanying chocolate on the side. Melt the chocolate, drizzle it over your croissant, and garnish with a rainbow cookie for a truly decadent treat.
Italian-born chef Nino Settepani purchased his first bakery in Manhattan while still a student at NYU. After graduating, he perfected his craft at the French Culinary Institute. He opened a traditional Italian bakery, Settepani, in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood in 1992, and it was such a success that a second location has been serving Harlem since 2000. Settepani has become more than just a restaurant or bakery; it’s a community gathering place where people come together to enjoy traditional Italian breads, pastries, cannoli, cakes, cookies, and more made with all-natural, organic ingredients.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
