Description
Junior’s original New York cheesecake layered with moist red velvet cake and finished in cream cheese icing with red velvet crumbs – the combination that made the three-generation Rosen family famous for knowing what to do with the base they’ve been protecting since Harry Rosen opened at Flatbush and DeKalb on Election Day 1950. The New York Times said it: “the best cheesecake in the material world.” The red velvet is the version that photographs best.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Junior’s ships Monday-Friday of each week
- No deliveries Sunday or Monday
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cheesecakes ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place cheesecake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cheesecakes last up to 5 days in the refrigerator (in an airtight container) or up to 6 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- Defrost cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
- Leave on counter for 3-4 hours prior to serving.
