Description
The legendary upside-down Sicilian square: a thick, fluffy crust layered with mozzarella beneath the sauce and finished with a generous pour of olive oil, cut into squares. That cheese-under-sauce build is what New Yorkers have crossed the city for over 80 years to taste. L&B Spumoni Gardens has been a Gravesend, Brooklyn institution since Italian immigrant Ludovico Barbati opened it in 1939, after years selling spumoni from a horse-drawn wagon. Two pies of an authentic New York icon.

This package serves 8-12 people and includes 2 Sicilian Cheese Pizzas
- Each pizza serves 4-6 people and measures 16″ × 8″
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- L&B Spumoni Gardens ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pizza ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place pizzas in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or store in the freezer up to 1 month.
To Serve
- When ready to enjoy, completely defrost the pizza.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Remove pizza from packaging and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the top with your preferred cooking oil.
- Bake for approx. 20 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
- Remove pizza from oven and allow pizza to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
