Description
These baby back Duroc pork ribs are seasoned with a housemade spice rub that includes red curry paste before being hot smoked for three hours and finished on the grill. The result? Tender, juicy ribs with a smoky flavor that will have you coming back for more!
In 2018, two of Austin’s most renowned and beloved chefs, Tyson Cole and Aaron Franklin, decided to join forces and open Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar in Austin, Texas. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Loro ships Wednesday and Friday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Ribs ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon receipt, please cook, refrigerate or place in the freezer.
- Ribs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer up to 28 days.
To Serve
- Place the sealed ribs in a pot of simmering water for 20 minutes.
- Take out of the pot and and add the rib sauce to glaze.
- Grill for 5 minutes.
- Serve with provided pickles.
- Enjoy!
