Description
A Fourth of July table staple gets a playful twist from Flour Shop, the New York cake studio of artist Amirah Kassem, where cake is the medium and whimsy is the rule. The signature America 250 Pie Cake looks like a pie but bakes up as layers of vanilla cake, raspberry jam, and Flour Shop’s signature cream cheese frosting, serving 8-10 from one 8″ round. It’s the dessert that lets everyone have pie and cake at once – the kind of slice people fight over down to the last fork.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes 1 “America 250 Pie” Cake
- Each cake measures 8″ × 3.5″ and weighs approx. 3.57 lbs.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Flour Shop ships Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator for up to 6 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. May be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled.
To Serve
- Thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Slice & enjoy!
