Description
Withersbrook Blue from Jasper Hill Farm: a raw-milk blue steeped in Eden Ciders apple cider after cave-ripening – rich and creamy with fruity apple and winter spice flavors that no other blue cheese in America quite replicates. From the Greensboro, Vermont Cellars brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler built; the blue that won Best in Show at the American Cheese Society right out of the gate.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Jasper Hill Farm ships Tuesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cheese ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store cheese in an airtight container and use before the expiration date printed on the packaging (approx.14 days).
