The full Paesan’s experience in one box: hand-tossed Brooklyn-style pies in your choice of flavors, two cheesy stromboli, and a Paesan’s T-shirt to wear the loyalty. It’s pizza night and merch in a single delivery. Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny, and Lorenzo Scavio opened the pizzeria in Albany in 1994, and the family runs all five Capital District locations today. • Brooklyn Cob – This fan favorite features a layer of Sliced Provolone Cheese On Bottom, Italian Marinara Sauce, Sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese, and a Pinch of Mediterranean style Oregano.
• White Spinach This pizza features roasted garlicky spinach with Imported olive oil on a white Pizza made with Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella.
• White Broccoli Lightly sautéed Broccoli with sliced Garlic And Imported Olive oil on a Wisconsin Mozzarella Cheese Pizza.
• Pepperoni – Hand tossed thin crust pizza made with fresh vine-ripened California tomatoes and topped with Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella and sliced Pepperoni

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Paesan’s Pizza ships Tuesday & Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizza ships frozen with ice packs
• Ice packs may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer
• Pizzas may be kept frozen for up to 6 months

To Serve

Pizza

• Preheat oven to 450
• Place the frozen pizza in the oven on the bottom rack
• Bake for 6-8 minutes. Add 1-2 minutes for extra crispy

Strombolis

• Allow strombolis to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Wrap strombolis in foil and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melting on the inside.
• Serve and enjoy!
